OK, so I am middle aged, post-menopausal. I was a total gym rat and also jogged regularly for many years…. but that all stopped during the pandemic. I also went through menopause, gained the belly fat, gained 20 pounds, and became very sedentary. I kept joining gyms and never going, then cancelling after throwing all this money down the drain. My doctor advised me to just go outside and walk for 15 minutes a day and that would get me moving again without all the self-imposed gym pressure. I walked a couple times, but it didn't stick. The mosquitoes did, the random, mean barking dogs, and even putting on special workout clothes to go out became annoying…. Nothing was working. I have had my eye on this cute little pink stepper for months… I decided to buy it on a whim and the second I took it out of the box, I decided to just get on it… no shoes, no big production. Just get on in front of the TV and bing a couple shows. IT WORKED!!!!! I am hoping I keep it going, and feel hopeful I will. Everytime I want to watch TV, I will just step on it and indulge in a show and not feel guilty! I feel a nice cardio workout, and my legs and glutes were definitely engaged! Highly recommend!
